In the app
Sign in, open Settings, and choose Delete my account under Privacy. Your account is removed immediately.
By email
Can't sign in? Email billing@kirabaki.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We complete requests within 7 days.
What is deleted
Your profile, salary details, commitments, bills, plans, owed-back records, receipts and saved card token are deleted. Payment and invoice records are kept for up to 7 years where Malaysian tax law requires it, then deleted. Any active subscription stops renewing.
